About the Project
R² Studios recently completed an exciting new project for a family of four looking to build their dream home. The challenge was to design a house that not only met the clients’ needs but also complied with the strict Complying Development Rules. R² Studios rose to the challenge and created a stunning design that satisfied both criteria.
The house features a separate granny flat to accommodate the clients’ future retirement plans, as well as plenty of flexible spaces for their growing boys and entertainment needs. The use of curves and round skylights adds a touch of elegance and whimsy to the design, while the crisp white face brick and black-framed windows with sun protection hoods create a timeless and sophisticated look.
Despite the strict compliance rules, R² Studios managed to incorporate innovative design elements such as rooftop gardens, further enhancing the aesthetics of the façade.
